What is it?

Over the last 10 years, I’ve been creating and curating a process of personal transformation, based on the premise that we were all born “perfect”; worthy of love, success (whatever that looks like to you) and acceptance.

But over the course of our lives, we often lose this sense of ourselves and who we are. We lose our authenticity. We are moulded in many ways by the experiences we have, we attach ourselves to identities, personas, beliefs and expectations that don’t necessarily fit us. Many times, we hit a certain point in our lives, for many it’s around midlife, for some it’s earlier, when we begin to realise that we are living a life that is not aligned with our deep inner knowing.

And that’s why I’ve created this programme. Moving through the stages of physical alchemy, you will begin to understand a process that you can take with you into your every day life, long after you’ve left this container.

Negredo (the blackening) Where you are now: nothing fits, loss of identity, unnamed grief, exhaustion, confusion, old ways of being no longer work

Albedo (the whitening) Illumination, you begin to see what’s in front of you, cleansing tears can fall, purifying, space opens up, identifying what was really yours and what wasn’t

Citrinitas (the yellowing) Flashes of light, inner knowing starts to come through, flashes of knowing, intuition returns

Rubedo (the reddening) Gold: Deep inner knowing lands, intuition blooming, standing firm in own space, boundaries realised and held without a fight, embodiment

Each week you get a live 90 minute Zoom module (plus the recording, so nothing's lost if life happens), a guided meditation, EFT, and journal prompts and worksheets to help it all actually land.

It's designed to rebuild your worth, your confidence, your self acceptance, and your trust in your own intuition... so by Christmas, you're not managing or performing anymore, you're just being your most authentic, aligned, expanded self.

This first cohort is £333, and I'm only taking six women; it goes up to £555 next round. Starts November 1st.
