Here’s a selection of my TOP Affirmations for Empowerment.

For added impact, I suggest moving your body AT THE SAME TIME as shouting these. If you forget or don’t have time first thing, do them in the car. Do them in the shower. I don’t care where you do them, but DO THEM.

I love and accept myself UNCONDITIONALLY

I am worthy of love purely by existing.

I deserve happiness.

I deserve peace.

I deserve love.

I am an abundant creation of the universe.

I am in flow with universal intelligence.

I am ENOUGH, exactly as I am.

I let go of my need to be perfect.

My thoughts, feelings and opinions are VALID.

The world NEEDS the true expression of myself.

I am capable of difficult things.

I have unlimited capacity for love.

All parts of me are worthy.

I am a magnificent manifestation of Universal Intelligence.

Next choose (and change the grammar accordingly!) : loved, freedom, happiness, peace, self worth, capable, my reality, my world, myself, creation, abundance, limitless, capable, strong, vulnerable, authentic, true, confident, expansive, light, aligned, intuitive, intuition, Universal Intelligence/God/Source/Goddess/Energy/Prana/Universe whatever you believe in that is a Higher Power.
