What is spiritual alchemy?

Carl Jung coined the phrase “a seemingly magical process of transformation” which quite perfectly describes how I work.

I hesitate to call this “coaching” because even as a fully trained and accredited life coach, that’s not necessarily the broadest spectrum of what I offer here.

This is more of a deep dive, created specifically for you. In our first session together, you’re invited to unburden yourself of what is weighing you down, and I will hold it for you.

In the space we create together, I use my unique gift of being able to see you clearly, to read your energy and guide you towards your highest truth.

I won’t advise you, even if I can see clearly your right course of action, but rather, allow you to uncover your truth, assimilate it into your being, and then alchemise it into a transformation and life path.

After each session, you will receive detailed notes detailing everything that we discussed throughout, plus suggestions as to actions to pursue, prompts for helping you to explore and discover where you might want or need to focus on.

If needed, I will also send a ‘SOUL TUNING’ Audio, created especially for you, which is a form of self hypnosis that comprises elements of energetics, somatics and neuroscience to help you to create new neural pathways to help you in your development.
