For me, January doesn't ring true as the “New Year”… it’s the vibe of still being in the dark, of hibernation, the cosiness of winter; we are still right in the thick of it in January…
Plus, after the crazy run up to Christmas, this moment feels like the calm after the storm. A space to stop. 
So that’s what THIS is. A space to arrive, leave your baggage outside, and SINK.  
PROJECTED ITINERARY
9.30am Arrivals - Hot Teas, Nourishing treats, choose your space for the day, bed down. 
10am Slow Yoga Practice - close your eyes throughout this practice to deeply FEEL into your body. Honour her, allow her to yield, soften; shift stagnant energy, luxuriate in the feeling of being WHOLE.
11am Signature Soul Tuning - a form of guided meditation that I have created to drop you into an hypnotic state, to access your subconscious mind, recalibrate and start creating new neural pathways
11.30am Circle. Topic of Self Connection, Intuition, Alignment. Journalling
12.00 Lunch - Delicious, nutritious, warming food, to flood your body with vibrancy, vitamins, minerals and micronutrients.  
1 pm - Activity (TBC) 
2.30pm Yin & Sound Bath
4pm Closing the Day with Tea & Cake
