A threshold where movement becomes medicine, rest becomes radical, and strength becomes sacred.
We move, we breathe, we sweat, and we soften.
Not to push ourselves into something “better”, but to return to ourselves, fully and without the quest for perfection.
As women, our bodies are constantly judged, objectified, deemed acceptable, or unacceptable, enough, or not enough, attractive, or unattractive…instead of just being allowed to be in our natural, constant state of flux and evolution.
I wanted to create an environment where there are options, for softening, for strengthening, for repair, for healing, for rest.
So this is not just your personal yoga practice.
This ONLINE offering is a space for you to heal, to build your strength, to harness the power of your amazing physical body, support your energetic and spiritual layers and ultimately step into the most powerful phase of your life.
