As a yoga teacher, I know exactly what I want from my yoga mat. It needs to be grippy, so I don’t slip, it needs to be soft feel under my feet so its a pleasure to practice on, it needs a good thickness, but not too thick, and aesthetically, I want it to look beautiful and have meaning.
