YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT...(AND PUT ON YOUR SKIN)

Would you eat oxybenzones, parabens or pthalates? Don’t know what they are? Then probably you wouldn’t. So why would you put them on your skin?

Did you know that your skin is your biggest organ? Nope? Well it is. And did you know that it is semi-permeable? That means that whilst it can keep alot of larger sized molecules OUT, it naturally absorbs the smaller ones.

That includes toxic substances that can be found in many skincare products.

These toxic substances are absorbed into your blood stream and can affect the endocrine system, and major organs. Your body doesn’t know what to do with them!

I have been a champion of natural skincare since I was in my teens. I dabbled with OxyClean (who didn’t!) but realised quite quickly that instead of making my skin better, it made it infinitely worse. There began my obsession with natural products.

Since 2016, I have been a brand ambassador for Tropic Skincare, and at age 41, after having 2 children, still having sleepless nights, I can say that my skin is in amazing condition. And I attribute this to not only yoga, drinking water and eating healthily, but to my skincare routine, and the products I use.

I have tried every single one of Tropic’s products, and while I have my favourites, I can’t find fault with a single one. They all deliver results, they smell amazing (although unscented options are available!) and what I also love about them is that I can use them knowing that if my kids want to kiss (or lick!) me, they can do so without accidentally ingesting any harmful chemicals.

The suncream is a game changer for me. I have always used natural suncare on my children and am so happy to be able to use Tropic on them.
